Protection of the cavity depth with MTA Biorep.

Application of a Reflectys Flow A3 shade layer to eliminate undercuts following the conventional bonding protocol.

Photopolymerisation for 20 seconds and then meticulous polishing of the preparation.

Digital impression of the prepared tooth and its adjacent teeth.

Machining of the Numerys HC A2/12 shade block.

Acid etching with Dentoetch for 10 seconds on the enamel and the dentine by isolating the mesial surface of 37 with Teflon tape.

Apply a layer of glycerine and photopolymerise 10 seconds on each face of the inlay-onlay.
